We are seeking a highly experienced Product Manager to lead product strategy, development, and execution, delivering customer-centric solutions in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. 

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead end-to-end product lifecycle management for FinTech marketplace and lending solutions.

• Define product vision, strategy, roadmap, and key performance indicators (KPIs) in alignment with business goals.

• Collaborate closely with stakeholders including engineering, design, marketing, compliance, and business teams.

• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer interviews to identify opportunities.

• Prioritize and manage the product backlog, balancing feature development, technical debt, and market demands.

• Create clear and concise Product Requirement Documents (PRDs).

• Define and track product metrics to measure success and adoption.

• Work closely with UX/UI designers to deliver intuitive user experiences.

• Ensure compliance with regulatory and legal requirements.

• Lead cross-functional teams in Agile development processes.

• Engage with customers, partners, and stakeholders to gather feedback.

• Analyze usage data, customer feedback, and business outcomes.

• Act as the voice of the customer.

• Collaborate with engineering teams on database design and data modeling. 

Key Skills & Competencies :

• 8+ years of experience as a Product Manager, preferably in FinTech, Marketplace, or Lending.

• Proven track record of building and launching successful financial products.

• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.

• Experience in writing PRDs, defining user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria.

• Hands-on experience working in Agile environments.

• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities.

• Strong business acumen with a customer-first mindset.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

• Strong problem-solving ability with focus on innovation.

• Experience in database design, data modeling, and relational/NoSQL databases.

Nice-to-Have

• Knowledge of financial services, digital lending, credit underwriting, and risk management.

• Experience with payment gateways, credit scoring, and API-based integrations.

• Knowledge of machine learning applications in credit risk management.

• Familiarity with product analytics tools (Mixpanel, Amplitude, etc.).

• Experience working with technical teams on API-first products.
