Product Manager

As a Product Manager at our innovative and fast-growing FinTech startup focused on building a cutting-edge marketplace and lending platform, your role will be crucial in leading product strategy, development, and execution to deliver customer-centric solutions in a dynamic environment. Here's what you can expect: **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead end-to-end product lifecycle management for FinTech marketplace and lending solutions. - Define product vision, strategy, roadmap, and key performance indicators (KPIs) aligned with business goals. - Collaborate closely with stakeholders from engineering, design, marketing, compliance, and business teams. - Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer interviews to identify opportunities. - Prioritize and manage the product backlog, balancing feature development, technical debt, and market demands. - Create clear and concise Product Requirement Documents (PRDs). - Define and track product metrics for measuring success and adoption. - Work closely with UX/UI designers to ensure intuitive user experiences. - Ensure compliance with regulatory and legal requirements. - Lead cross-functional teams in Agile development processes. - Engage with customers, partners, and stakeholders for feedback. - Analyze usage data, customer feedback, and business outcomes. - Act as the voice of the customer. - Collaborate on database design and data modeling with engineering teams. **Key Skills & Competencies:** - 8+ years of Product Manager experience, preferably in FinTech, Marketplace, or Lending. - Proven success in building and launching financial products. - Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills. - Experience in writing PRDs, defining user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria. - Hands-on experience in Agile environments. - Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities. - Strong business acumen with a customer-first mindset. - Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. - Strong problem-solving ability with an innovative focus. - Experience in database design, data modeling, and relational/NoSQL databases. **Nice-to-Have:** - Knowledge of financial services, digital lending, credit underwriting, and risk management. - Knowledge of machine learning applications in credit risk management. - Familiarity with product analytics tools (Mixpanel, Amplitude, etc.). - Experience working on API-first products with technical teams.
