We're looking for a Product Manager to take full ownership of product development, customer acquisition, and go-to-market strategies. 🔍 What You’ll Do: Drive product strategy, roadmap, and execution from ideation to launch Achieve product-market fit through continuous testing and iteration Lead go-to-market across D2C, marketplaces, and HORECA Own brand positioning , content, SEO, influencer marketing, and PR Build full-stack tools: CRM, analytics, retention Collaborate across R&D, design, sales, and marketing teams Hire and lead a lean, high-output team ✅ You’re a Fit If You: Have 3–5 years experience in consumer brands (snacks/beverages a plus) Scaled a brand from 0→1 or 1→10 with limited resources Know tools like Shopify, Klaviyo, Meta/Google Ads, Canva, Excel Love data + storytelling , and understand consumer psychology Bonus: Experience with cafés, hotels, or HORECA sales 💼 Must-Haves: At least 1+ year in product management Background in FMCG or consumer goods Excellent communication and analytical skills Familiarity with Google Analytics or similar tools 🌟 Why Join Us: Visionary, bootstrapped founders Full freedom and ownership Work on a purpose-driven brand Shape the future of clean-label snacking in India 💌 Ready to join us?
