๐จ We're Hiring: Product Manager | Mumbai (Vile Parle) ๐ Location: On-site | Department: Product Development ๐งโ๐ผ Reports To: Director of the Company Salary : Rs. 25,000 + Incentives based on performance Are you passionate about consumer brands and want to make a real impact in the better-for-you snacking space ? We're looking for a Product Manager to take full ownership of product development, customer acquisition, and go-to-market strategies. ๐ What Youโll Do: Drive product strategy, roadmap, and execution from ideation to launch Achieve product-market fit through continuous testing and iteration Lead go-to-market across D2C, marketplaces, and HORECA Own brand positioning , content, SEO, influencer marketing, and PR Build full-stack tools: CRM, analytics, retention Collaborate across R&D, design, sales, and marketing teams Hire and lead a lean, high-output team โ
Youโre a Fit If You: Have 3โ5 years experience in consumer brands (snacks/beverages a plus) Scaled a brand from 0โ1 or 1โ10 with limited resources Know tools like Shopify, Klaviyo, Meta/Google Ads, Canva, Excel Love data + storytelling , and understand consumer psychology Bonus: Experience with cafรฉs, hotels, or HORECA sales ๐ผ Must-Haves: At least 1+ year in product management Background in FMCG or consumer goods Excellent communication and analytical skills Familiarity with Google Analytics or similar tools ๐ Why Join Us: Visionary, bootstrapped founders Full freedom and ownership Work on a purpose-driven brand Shape the future of clean-label snacking in India ๐ Ready to join us?
