Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager with expertise in cloud-based communication and voice solutions for fintech. Skilled in strategic planning, product development, and stakeholder management, with a focus on leveraging AI and cloud technologies. Strong in cross-functional collaboration, optimizing user experiences, and driving continuous product improvement



Core Responsibilities


1. Strategic Planning and Roadmap Development


● Lead the end-to-end development of cloud-based communication and voice solutions tailored for financial institutions.

● Redefine how voice technology is utilized in the fintech space by creating innovative, user-centric products that address evolving consumer behaviors and regulatory complexities.

● Create, own, and communicate a detailed product roadmap with clearly defined objectives, timelines, and priorities.

● Ensure alignment of the product roadmap with business goals and market opportunities.


2.Product Development and Delivery


● Collaborate with engineering, design, and operations teams to define product requirements and specifications.

● Prioritize features, improvements, and bug fixes to optimize the platform's functionality and user experience.

● Develop communication tools that optimize engagement, drive higher payment conversions, and streamline debt collection processes.

● Leverage expertise in voice-based technologies to design solutions that resonate with consumer preferences, ensuring seamless user experiences.

● Integrate advanced AI and cloud capabilities to enhance the performance and scalability of voice-based products.

● Ensure seamless integration with existing fintech platforms, CRMs, and customer communication systems.

● Collaborate with data science teams to implement predictive analytics for optimizing customer interactions.

● Manage the entire product lifecycle, from concept to launch and beyond, ensuring timely delivery of milestones


3. Stakeholder Management and Communication


● Serve as the primary point of contact between product, engineering, marketing, and sales teams.

● Clearly articulate the value proposition of new features and updates to internal and external stakeholders.

● Provide regular updates on product performance, upcoming releases, and strategic

initiatives to Leadership


4. Performance Monitoring and Optimization


● Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of the platform.

● Leverage data analytics and user feedback to drive continuous product improvement.

● Identify and resolve bottlenecks, ensuring a smooth user experience and operational efficiency.



Key Requirements


● Minimum of 2+ years of product management experience, preferably in voice technology, cloud-based solutions, or fintech

● Bachelor's degree required; MBA or Master's degree is preferred

● Familiarity with SaaS-based fintech products and services is an advantage.

● Exceptional in-person, verbal, and written communication skills a must (comfortable presenting in front of large groups)

● Ability to build and maintain relationships with senior decision-makers (CXOs, Product Heads, etc.).

● Analytical mindset with the ability to understand and articulate technical product features in a business-friendly manner.

● Strong problem-solving and client-focused mindset.

● Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

● Willingness to travel as required.
