Job Description

We are looking for a Product Management - Chennai Location.

Support the end-to-end product lifecycle for digital lending solutions targeting salaried, self-employed, and MSME and MFI customer segments.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (finance, analytics, risk, operations, business) to improve product features, delivery mechanisms, and customer outcomes.
Assist in digital transformation initiatives, contributing to modular API development and scalable deployment frameworks.
Ensure products and processes comply with RBI regulations, including KYC, data security, and digital lending norms.
Facilitate partnership and integration of digital platforms and NBFC/fintech partners, supporting onboarding and go-to-market activities.
Track and report on product metrics, lifecycle performance, and customer feedback for ongoing enhancement.

6. SPECIFICATIONS: QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & COMPETENCIES

Qualifications & Experience:

3–5 years of experience in product management or digital financial services, ideally within fintech, NBFC, or retail banking sectors.
Bachelor’s degree or MBA in Business, Finance, Technology, or related discipline preferred.
Exposure to designing, delivering, and scaling financial products or services; direct experience with digital lending is an advantage.
Working knowledge of regulatory compliance, product development processes, and API-driven platforms.
