Business Control Specialist/ co leading

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Business Unit Control Specialist with 5 to 7 years of experience. The ideal candidate should be a Chartered Accountant (CA) with expertise if internal auditing functions of BFSI (NBFCs, Banks and Fintechs.The Control Specialist will be taking ownership of regulatory and audit matters, representing the business unit in key compliance and operational discussions, and ensuring alignment between business objectives and control requirements.Qualifications & Experience:Chartered Accountant (CA) with 5–7 years of relevant experience.Proven expertise in auditing NBFCs, Fintechs, or internal auditing of financial institutions.In-depth understanding of regulatory frameworks, operational risk, and compliance standards.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.Proactive mindset with the ability to balance compliance requirements and business priorities.Serve as the primary Point of Contact (POC) for all audit, operational risk, and regulatory compliance matters for the business unit.Work closely with compliance, audit teams, to advocate for and protect business interests.Works with the Business Team to design and implement controls that support business objectives.Develop frameworks to proactively manage regulatory and operational risks while enabling business growth.
