• Manage full-cycle recruitment for core product roles across multiple clients.
• Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders with insights on talent market, role expectations, and hiring strategies.
• Build strong partnerships with product, UX, engineering, and TPM teams to understand capability needs.
• Drive targeted sourcing, competency-based screening, and interview loop coordination.
• Maintain excellent candidate experience and close niche product roles in competitive markets.

Required Skills

• Proven experience in

  tech product hiring

  (PM, PO, PA, UX/UI, TPM).
• Strong stakeholder and client management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple clients and deliver high-quality profiles quickly.
• Expertise in sourcing, assessment, interview structuring, and salary benchmarking.
• Excellent communication and advisory skills.
