Role Overview:

The Product Manager will lead end-to-end product lifecycle activities, from market research and requirement definition to product launch and ongoing improvements. This role requires strong analytical capability, structured thinking, and the ability to work collaboratively with global cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead the full product lifecycle: strategy, roadmap planning, requirements, execution, launch, and iteration.

2. Conduct market research, user research, and competitive analysis to identify product opportunities.

3. Translate business goals into detailed product requirements (PRDs, user stories).

4. Collaborate with engineering, design, QA, and business stakeholders for seamless execution.

5. Track product performance metrics and drive data-backed improvements.

6. Manage stakeholder communication and align teams to the product vision.

7. Prioritize product backlog and ensure alignment with business and customer needs.

8. Support GTM activities, product releases, and customer enablement.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).

2. 3–8 years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner.

3. Strong expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies.

4. Experience with user research, data analysis, and product documentation.

5. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

6. Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Figma, or similar platforms.

7. Experience collaborating with global teams is an added advantage.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Experience in SaaS, FinTech, Digital Transformation, E-commerce, or Enterprise products.

2. Successful track record of launching digital products.

3. Certifications such as CSPO, PSPO, PMP, or Product Management specializations (optional).
