Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Line Manager for our Artificial Lift and Well Completion tools division. The candidate must have 5-6 years of relevant experience and a strong technical foundation. You will oversee the product lifecycle, engage in technical discussions with clients, and contribute to continuous product innovation. This is a key role for someone with deep industry knowledge who is passionate about driving results.

Key Responsibilities

• Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.

• Strategic Planning: Develop and execute product roadmaps that incorporate market trends, client feedback, and company growth strategies.

• Market Insights & Competitive Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging opportunities, shifts in the competitive landscape, and customer requirements.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, manufacturing, sales, and marketing teams to ensure seamless product development, timely launches, and sustained performance.

• Client Engagement & Support: Build strong client relationships through regular communication, addressing technical inquiries, and ensuring high levels of satisfaction with product offerings.

• Product Innovation: Continuously seek ways to innovate and improve product lines to maintain a competitive edge and meet evolving industry demands.

• Performance Tracking: Analyze product performance metrics such as sales growth, profitability, and customer feedback to drive improvements.

Qualifications:

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Master’s degree preferred).

• Experience: 5-6 years of experience managing product lines in the artificial lift or well completion sectors.

• Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of artificial lift systems, well completion tools, and industry standards.

• Leadership & Collaboration: Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams and driving initiatives to successful completion.

• Analytical Skills: Ability to leverage data and market insights to inform product decisions and enhancements.

• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical information clearly.

• Adaptability: Ability to work in a dynamic environment and stay ahead of industry developments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹120,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
