Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee end-to-end lifecycle from development to commercialization, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
• Strategic Planning: Define and execute product roadmaps incorporating market insights, customer feedback, and long-term growth strategies.
• Market & Competitive Intelligence: Analyze industry trends, assess competitor offerings, and identify opportunities for differentiation.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, sales, and marketing teams to ensure seamless execution and successful product launches.
• Client Engagement: Build strong relationships with key clients, provide technical support, and ensure superior customer satisfaction.
• Innovation & Improvement: Drive continuous product innovation and enhancement to maintain PPS’s competitive edge.
• Performance Analytics: Track KPIs such as sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction to guide improvements.
  

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Master’s degree preferred).
• Experience: 5–6 years in product line management within artificial lift or well completion tools.
• Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of artificial lift systems, well completion tools, and industry standards.
• Leadership Skills: Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams and delivering measurable outcomes.
• Analytical Mindset: Ability to use data-driven insights for product and market decisions.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts clearly.
• Adaptability: Capable of thriving in a fast-paced, evolving industry environment.
