Product Line Manager

As a Product Line Manager for Artificial Lift and Well Completion Tools, your role will involve overseeing the product lifecycle, engaging in technical discussions with clients, and contributing to continuous product innovation. With your 5-6 years of relevant experience and strong technical foundation, you will play a key role in driving results and ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs. - Develop and execute product roadmaps incorporating market trends, client feedback, and company growth strategies. - Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging opportunities, shifts in the competitive landscape, and customer requirements. - Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product development, timely launches, and sustained performance. - Build strong client relationships through regular communication, addressing technical inquiries, and ensuring high levels of satisfaction with product offerings. - Continuously seek ways to innovate and improve product lines to maintain a competitive edge and meet evolving industry demands. - Analyze product performance metrics such as sales growth, profitability, and customer feedback to drive improvements. Qualifications: - Educational Background: Bachelors degree in Engineering (Masters degree preferred). - Experience: 5-6 years of experience managing product lines in the artificial lift or well completion sectors. - Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of artificial lift systems, well completion tools, and industry standards. - Leadership & Collaboration: Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams and driving initiatives to successful completion. - Analytical Skills: Ability to leverage data and market insights to inform product decisions and enhancements. - Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical information clearly. - Adaptability: Ability to work in a dynamic environment and stay ahead of industry developments.
