📍 Product Strategy & Innovation

• Lead the

  product development lifecycle

  for tabletop, houseware, pet, and gift categories — from ideation to launch.
• Conduct

  market research

  and trend analysis to identify new opportunities, consumer preferences, and competitive benchmarks.
• Create and maintain a

  product roadmap

  aligned with business goals and seasonal planning.

🎨 Design & Concept Execution

• Translate design inspirations into

  technical product briefs

  , sketches, 3D samples, and specifications.
• Partner with designers to refine aesthetics, functionality, materials, finishes, and packaging details.
• Champion product storytelling that resonates with global retail and e-commerce audiences.

🔧 Sample Development & Prototyping

• Drive sample development with internal and external partners.
• Evaluate prototypes on design fidelity, manufacturability, cost targets, and quality standards.
• Provide constructive feedback and iteration plans for continuous improvement.

📊 Cross-Functional Leadership

• Coordinate with Sourcing, Production, Quality, and Supply Chain teams to ensure timely and cost-effective product launches.
• Work with Merchandising & Marketing to define pricing, positioning, and launch campaigns.
• Ensure compliance with

📈 Performance Monitoring

• Analyze post-launch product performance through sales data, customer feedback, and return metrics.
• Implement learning loops to enhance future iterations and SKU rationalisation.

🤝 Vendor & Relationship Management

• Build strong relationships with suppliers, artisans, and manufacturers.
• Negotiate terms, timelines, and quality expectations to meet product and business goals.
