Role Overview:

Product Sourcing & Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and expand product categories across incense, perfumery, wellness, and sustainable lifestyle segments.
• Identify, onboard, and manage artisans, manufacturers, and vendors across India.
• Lead new product development in collaboration with design and packaging teams.
• Ensure quality benchmarks, sustainability standards, and ethical sourcing practices.
• Negotiate costings, contracts, and delivery schedules with vendors.
• Integrate product stories reflecting Indian culture, art, and spirituality.
• Manage end-to-end supply chain for retail and airport experience centers.
• Present category reports, sourcing dashboards, and innovation reviews to leadership.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 2 – 5 years of experience in product sourcing, category management, or supply chain (luxury retail, Ayurveda, or lifestyle sectors preferred).
• Strong understanding of materials, fragrance, wellness, and artisanal product ecosystems.
• Proven experience in vendor development, cost negotiation, and QC processes.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Appreciation for Indian heritage, design, and sustainability.
• Proficiency in MS Excel / ERP tools.
