Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Bid Manager located in Noida. The Bid Manager will be responsible for managing the entire bid lifecycle, including bid preparation, bid writing, proposal management, and overseeing bid processes. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with internal teams, leading bid strategy meetings, producing high-quality bid documents, and ensuring all deadlines are met.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Bid Preparation, Bid Management, and Bid Writing skills
• Experience in Proposal Management and overseeing Bid Processes
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
• Experience in marketing, communications, or a related field is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field
