Bid Manager

As a Vertical Presales Consultant, you will be responsible for leading the bid process, ensuring the delivery of well-crafted proposals aligned with client expectations, and overseeing the bid budget. Your key responsibilities will include: - Leading the end-to-end bid process from opportunity identification, qualification, and proposal submission. - Crafting bidding approaches aligned with strategic objectives and client needs. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather essential inputs and craft compelling bid content. - Maintaining comprehensive bid documentation and repository. - Organizing and leading bid review sessions, gathering feedback, and resolving concerns. - Conducting post-bid evaluations to identify improvement opportunities. - Staying updated on industry trends and enhancing bid procedures. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field. - 10-15 years of experience in bid management or similar roles. - Experience in Delivery is an added advantage. - Proficiency in proposal writing, presentations, and contract negotiation. - Strong communication and collaboration skills. - Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple bids, and meet deadlines. Additionally, you should have a good understanding of pricing strategies and financial analysis in bid development. Proficiency in MS Office and creating visually appealing bid presentations will be essential for this role.,
