Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Product Development Manager, located in Mumbai The responsibilities include overseeing the product development lifecycle, conducting market research to identify customer needs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams such as sales and R&D. The role also involves creating and managing strategic plans for product development, tracking progress, and ensuring products meet quality and market requirements.

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Plastics Engineering, or Tool Design. 
• 5–10 years of experience in product development for toys or consumer goods.
• Strong understanding of technical drawings, materials, and mould design.
• Hands-on experience coordinating with overseas (China) vendors and local manufacturing units.
• Excellent project management, communication, and vendor coordination skills.
