Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruiter, located in Mumbai. The Recruiter will be responsible for creating and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates. Day-to-day tasks include sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, coordinating hiring processes, and maintaining recruitment databases. The Recruiter will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance throughout the hiring process.

Qualifications

• Experience in sourcing and interviewing candidates
• Knowledge of recruitment strategies and hiring processes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software
• Experience in the international hiring industry is a plus (GCC Countries)
