Role Description

We’re looking for a high performing Enterprise Sales Manager to help us acquire and grow relationships with mid to large enterprise clients. You will be responsible for the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closing and play a critical role in scaling our B2B revenue.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and acquire enterprise clients across target industries
  • Own the entire sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, closing, and post-sale relationship management
  • Understand client needs and position Next Step’s solution accordingly
  • Collaborate with operations, logistics, and support teams to ensure smooth service delivery
  • Maintain accurate pipeline data and reporting in CRM tools
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs


Required Skills & Experience

  • 1+ years of B2B sales experience in SaaS, IT services, leasing, or hardware sales
  • Proven track record of acquiring and managing enterprise accounts
  • Strong communication and consultative selling skills
  • Experience selling to CXOs, IT heads, or procurement teams
  • Self-driven, goal-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
