The role calls for a steady hand to guide the operational framework of an innovative, hybrid product line operating across India. The Operations Head will oversee day-to-day activities, supervise the nationwide franchise network, and uphold established operational standards. The responsibilities include formulating and implementing operating procedures, ensuring compliance with company guidelines, monitoring performance indicators, and managing budgets with prudence. The position also involves maintaining clear communication with franchise partners, leading and mentoring operational teams, and coordinating with cross-functional departments to strengthen efficiency across the network. The role is central to ensuring consistent service quality and supporting the steady expansion of the franchise system. Qualifications Demonstrated experience in Operations Management with strong grounding in budgeting and process control Proven analytical ability to assess performance metrics and drive informed decisions Strong leadership qualities, with experience in team management and stakeholder coordination Capability to design and execute strategic operational plans for franchise growth Prior exposure to franchise-based business models is an advantage Preferably -BE/MBA/BBA, Operations Management, or a related discipline
