Job Summary: Senses Lifestyle is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant (ERP Specialist) to manage financial transactions, maintain records, and ensure accuracy in our ERP system. The ideal candidate will be responsible for entering bills, processing payments, exporting payment data, and handling all finance-related activities within the ERP system. Key Responsibilities: ERP System Management: Enter and update financial transactions, including bills, payments, and invoices. Accounts Payable & Receivable: Process vendor invoices, verify accuracy, and ensure timely payments. Payment Processing: Manage bank transactions, reconcile accounts, and handle payment exports. Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate financial records and ensure data integrity in the ERP system. Reporting & Compliance: Generate financial reports, assist in audits, and ensure compliance with company policies. Expense Management: Track company expenses and maintain proper documentation for audit purposes. Coordination: Work with internal teams and external vendors to resolve any payment discrepancies.
