About The Role

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with our product and engineering teams to design intuitive, user-friendly interfaces that simplify complex marketing concepts for our non-tech-savvy users.
• Conduct extensive user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability tests, to deeply understand the needs, preferences, and pain points of our target audience.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that effectively communicate design concepts and facilitate seamless handoff to development.
• Take ownership of the entire design process, from ideation to implementation, continually iterating and refining based on user feedback and data-driven insights.
• Contribute to product strategy and roadmap discussions, advocating for user needs and ensuring that design remains a key consideration in all product decisions.
• Establish and maintain design standards, style guides, and best practices that ensure consistency and quality across all aspects of the user experience.
  

Good To Have

• 4-6 years of experience designing digital products, with a strong portfolio showcasing your UI/UX design skills and impact.
• Proven ability to design for non-tech-savvy users, simplifying complex concepts and workflows into intuitive, easy-to-use interfaces.
• Extensive experience conducting user research, synthesizing insights, and translating findings into actionable design recommendations.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to clearly articulate design decisions and build consensus across teams.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript and React is a plus, as it will enable you to collaborate more effectively with development teams.
