Role Definition:- The Founders Office at RapidClaims is a strategic and operational powerhouse that drives growth, efficiency, and cross-functional alignment across the company. We’re looking for an adaptable and driven individual with experience in business strategy, operations, and project management to support the founders in building a high-performing, innovative organization. Experience Requirement:- ● 2-4 years of experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, preferably in a SaaS organization or top consulting firms Overview As part of the Founders Office at RapidClaims, you will serve as a critical partner to the founders, translating high-level strategic initiatives into actionable plans and supporting the company’s rapid growth. This role involves a unique blend of strategy, operations, and generalist responsibilitices across functions, including sales, marketing, and organizational development. Responsibilities 1. 2. 3. 4. 5. Collaborate with founders to define and implement the company’s strategic roadmap, focusing on growth in sales, marketing, and operations. Oversee workflows and processes to enhance scalability, efficiency, and cross- functional communication. Drive sales and marketing initiatives, developing data-driven strategies for lead generation, customer engagement, and brand visibility. Provide strategic insights, manage key projects, and coordinate high-profile initiatives with an emphasis on business growth. Advise founders on strategic and operational matters, support team skill development, and foster a culture of innovation and collaboration. Qualifications ● Experience: Minimum 2- 4 years in a founder’s office, business analyst, project management, or analytics role in a high-growth environment, preferably within SaaS or consumer start-up. ● Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business strategy with the ability to synthesize complex goals into actionable plans. ● Analytical Skills: Skilled in data analysis and presentation, with the ability to draw insights from data and make data-driven recommendations. ● Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to foster strong relationships and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. ● Organizational Skills: Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously with a high level of organization. ● Industry Knowledge: Experience in healthcare or technology is preferred but not required. ● Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or related field; an advanced degree is a plus.
