Role Description

This is a contract-based Product Designer role, based in Gurugram, with the option for hybrid as well. The Product Designer will be responsible for creating user-centered designs, conducting user and UX research, and applying design thinking methodologies to improve product experiences. The candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and create visually appealing and functional designs tailored to the brand's customers. Day-to-day tasks include developing design concepts, refining product designs, and ensuring alignment with the brand's identity and customer needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Audit & Improve Current User Experience: Review our live website to identify friction points, UX inconsistencies, and design gaps across mobile and desktop
• Design Key User Flows: Redesign homepage, product and content
• Collaborate on Product Experiments: Work with product and growth teams to design A/B test variants for CRO
• Own Design System: Create and maintain reusable UI components and visual guidelines for consistency across web and mobile
• Prototype & Validate: Develop Figma prototypes for new features or flows, and iterate based on feedback and performance data
• Handoff to Dev: Deliver developer-ready designs and ensure smooth handoff using Figma/Miro/Canva
• Understand Data & Behavior: Use heatmaps like Clarity and analytics insights to inform design decisions
