Product Designer

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our team and lead the design of

user-centered digital products. As a Senior Product Designer, you will play a critical role in

shaping the product vision, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering intuitive,

impactful, and scalable user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

● Lead end-to-end product design processes: from research, ideation, and wireframing to

prototyping, testing, and delivery.

● Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and other stakeholders to align

on requirements and define product roadmaps.

● Create design systems, UI patterns, and interaction models that ensure consistency and

scalability across platforms.

● Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and continuously

improve product experience.

● Translate complex workflows into simple, elegant, and engaging user interfaces.

● Mentor junior designers and contribute to building a strong design culture within the

organization.

● Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in product

and UX design.

Qualifications & Skills

● Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Design, HCI, or a related field (or equivalent practical

experience).

● 3+ years of experience in product/UX/UI design, preferably in software or SaaS

industries.

● Strong portfolio showcasing user-centric design solutions across web and mobile

applications.

● Expertise in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.

● Experience with prototyping and user research methodologies.

● Strong understanding of interaction design, usability principles, and accessibility

standards.

● Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.

● Ability to balance business goals, technical constraints, and user needs to deliver

practical solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

● Experience working in agile product development environments.

● Familiarity with front-end development principles (HTML, CSS, JS) to communicate

effectively with engineers.

● Prior experience in leading or mentoring design teams working on IoT

ecosystems—covering connected devices, control interfaces, and real-time monitoring

platforms.

● Exposure to data-driven design using analytics and A/B testing.
