Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Product Designer located in Rajsamand. The Product Designer will conceptualize, design, and refine products while adhering to the brand’s aesthetic and vision. Responsibilities include conducting user research, applying design thinking principles, developing product and visual designs, and ensuring that the end product aligns with user needs and the company’s mission. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to integrate feedback and improve designs will also be a critical part of the role.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Visual Design and Product Design
• Experience with Design Thinking and applying its principles to solve problems
• Skills in User Research and UX Research to understand user needs and preferences
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities
• Attention to detail and a deep appreciation for craftsmanship
• Relevant design education or certifications are a plus
• Knowledge or experience in the leather goods or luxury industry is advantageous
