Role Description The Back End Developer will be responsible for developing server-side logic, defining and maintaining the central database, and ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end. The developer will also be collaborating with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic and developing reusable code and libraries for future use. Qualifications Proficiency in Back-End Web Development and Software Development Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) Experience in Front-End Development is a plus Programming skills in languages such as Python, Javascript, or MERN Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
