Core Responsibilities:- Analyze user journeys, trends, conversion funnels, and website performance to identify key opportunities for optimization. Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to help guide product and design decisions based on solid data insights. Define, track, and report on key product KPIs, providing actionable recommendations to stakeholders. Utilize Google Analytics to monitor user behavior, track funnels, and analyze data at the device and browser level. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and designers, to optimize product features and enhance user experience. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using tools such as SQL, Python, R, Tableau, or Power BI. Effectively communicate findings and insights through data storytelling to technical and non-technical stakeholders. Work with data teams to ensure data integrity and availability for analysis and reporting. Desired Qualifications :- Graduation in a similar field. Masters is a plus. 2-4 years of relevant experience Strong skills in SQL and Excel for analyzing and manipulating data. Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other analytics tools. Proficiency in data visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Looker. Solid understanding of statistical analysis and methods for interpreting complex datasets. Experience with A/B testing, experiment design, and hypothesis testing. Strong communication skills with the ability to present data insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Familiarity with databases and an understanding of data infrastructure is an added advantage.
