Job Title: Product Analyst – Conversational AI Solutions How to Apply? Send your resumes to hr@whitemastery.com Role Overview We’re seeking a data-driven, detail-oriented Product Analyst to support the delivery, performance optimization, and continuous improvement of our AI-powered voicebot and chatbot solutions. You’ll play a key role in analyzing user interactions, identifying trends, and helping shape product decisions that drive real-world impact across industries like Real Estate, Telecom, Hospitality, Healthcare, and Logistics. As a Product Analyst, you’ll work at the intersection of data, product, and customer experience—ensuring our conversational AI products are delivering maximum value and continuously evolving based on user behavior and client feedback. Key Responsibilities Product Performance Analysis Analyze bot performance data across platforms (WhatsApp, Web, IVR, etc.) to identify friction points and optimization opportunities. Monitor key metrics such as containment rate, engagement rate, NLU accuracy, and user satisfaction. Build dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights for internal teams and clients. User Behavior & Feedback Insights Study conversational flows to understand user intent, drop-offs, and escalation triggers. Collect and synthesize client feedback to support product improvement efforts. Partner with AI trainers to refine NLP models and intent recognition based on analysis. Cross-functional Collaboration Work with product managers, solution engineers, and designers to enhance user experience based on data findings. Collaborate with customer success and delivery teams to prioritize feature requests and performance tuning. Support Implementation & Testing Assist in the testing and validation of new features and bot workflows prior to deployment. Ensure that product releases meet quality standards and are aligned with business goals. Client & Stakeholder Reporting Support client onboarding by presenting insights and expected ROI based on similar deployments. Provide regular reporting to clients highlighting key outcomes, adoption trends, and next steps. Required Skills & Qualifications 1–3 years of experience in product analytics, business analysis, or data analysis (preferably in SaaS or AI solutions). Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Excel, SQL, Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or similar. Solid understanding of conversational AI, user journey mapping, and product performance metrics. Excellent communication and storytelling skills—ability to present data in a clear, actionable manner. Bonus: Experience with chatbot platforms (e.g., Dialogflow, Rasa), and analytics tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker. Job Type: Permanent Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Work Location: In person
