Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive SEO audits and deliver actionable insights. Manage on-page and off-page SEO efforts to improve rankings and organic visibility. Perform technical SEO optimizations including schema markup, sitemaps, robots.txt, and page speed improvements. Analyze website traffic, user behavior, and conversion metrics using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other tools. Create and implement SEO strategies aligned with business goals. Develop and manage link-building campaigns to boost domain authority. Collaborate with content creators to optimize blogs, landing pages, and other content. Monitor and report on SEO performance, KPIs, and trends with clear reporting dashboards. Stay updated on industry trends, algorithm updates, and best practices. Utilize AI tools and automation for SEO and digital marketing where appropriate. Support digital marketing efforts across paid search (Google Ads), social media management, and email marketing campaigns. Requirements 2+ years of professional SEO and digital marketing experience. Proficiency with tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, and GTmetrix. Strong knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO principles. Hands-on experience with WordPress SEO best practices. Understanding of HTML/CSS basics (enough to diagnose and recommend SEO fixes). Experience with schema markup and structured data implementation. Knowledge of mobile optimization and Core Web Vitals. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently. Preferred Qualifications Experience in social media management or paid search campaigns. Familiarity with SEO automation or AI tools (e.g., SurferSEO, Jasper, ChatGPT, etc.) SEO certification (Google, HubSpot, SEMrush Academy, etc.) is a plus. Experience creating SEO reports and executive summaries for clients or leadership teams.
