Send your CV and portfolio to hr@whitemastery.com Role Overview We’re looking for a sharp, execution-focused Conversational AI Delivery Specialist to drive the end-to-end onboarding, implementation, and success of our AI-powered voicebot and chatbot solutions. You'll be the primary point of contact for clients across industries such as Real Estate, Telecom, Hospitality, Healthcare, and Logistics—ensuring seamless deployments, optimized conversational flows, and measurable ROI. In this cross-functional role, you’ll collaborate closely with product, engineering, and customer success teams to translate client needs into live, high-performing AI solutions. Key Responsibilities Client Onboarding & Implementation Translate client requirements into structured chatbot/voicebot workflows using our proprietary platform. Configure intents, dialog flows, API integrations, escalation logic, and fallback strategies. Coordinate custom development or backend integrations with engineering teams when needed. Project & Stakeholder Management Act as the single point of contact for client delivery, managing timelines, scope, and project milestones. Conduct regular client reviews, UAT sessions, and facilitate smooth handovers with documentation. Platform Configuration & Testing Deploy and test bots across various channels including WhatsApp, Web, IVR, and more. Troubleshoot and resolve issues post-deployment in coordination with technical teams. Training & Enablement Train client teams on using the dashboard, understanding analytics, and tuning conversations. Provide ongoing support to help clients optimize their AI performance. Collaboration & Reporting Partner with AI trainers, product teams, and solution engineers to continuously improve our platform. Share client feedback and usage insights to inform product enhancements and new feature development. Required Skills & Qualifications 1–3 years of experience in product delivery, project management, customer success, or technical consulting (preferably in SaaS). Solid understanding of conversational UX, APIs, and logic trees. Excellent communication, time management, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Bonus: Experience with platforms like Twilio, Freshchat, Zendesk, or WhatsApp Business APIs.
