Why This Role Matters As a Product Growth Analyst at Vonage, you will help grow products used by thousands of developers and businesses all over the world across our platform. Focusing on our Platform & Developer Experience, you'll be the driving force behind our data-informed decision making. In this role, you'll transform complex usage patterns and behavioral data into actionable insights that directly impact how developers interact with our platform. Your analysis will reveal which features drive adoption, where users encounter friction, and how we can optimize the developer journey. By connecting user behavior to business outcomes, you'll help us prioritize investments that maximize platform growth and developer satisfaction. In a highly competitive CPaaS market, your work will be crucial in identifying our competitive advantages and opportunities, ensuring we build a platform that developers choose over alternatives. Your Key Responsibilities Design and maintain dashboards and reports used to monitor key business metrics. Analyze customer usage patterns, retention, and churn to identify trends and opportunities. Support product teams with A/B test analysis and feature adoption metrics. Create and maintain SQL queries for regular reporting and ad-hoc analysis. Develop customer segmentation models and lifecycle analysis. Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs and success metrics. Present findings and recommendations to the leadership team. Required What you’ll bring Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience. 3+ years in an analytical or product-focused role, with strong skills in Excel, SQL, and Python or R. Proficient with data visualization tools (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Tableau, Looker, PowerBI, MixPanel, Heap). Experience with BI and data platforms such as Snowflake and DataBricks Skilled in exploratory analysis and designing multivariate experiments to inform product decisions. Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineers, designers, PMs, and data scientists. Strong quantitative analysis skills with a focus on extracting actionable insights from complex datasets. Experience We Consider a Plus Experience in working with telecommunications or API products. Experience working in agile environments and managing product roadmaps. Excellent communication skills to articulate complex security concepts to diverse audiences.
