About the Role
We are looking for a Product/Data Analyst who is passionate about turning data into high-quality insights. You will work closely with our Product, GTM, Customer Success, and Leadership teams to diagnose user behavior, optimize product experiences, and support key strategic decisions.
A core requirement for this role is strong hands-on experience with GCA (Google Cloud Analytics ecosystem BigQuery, GA4, GCP analytics tools).
This is a high-ownership role where your insights will directly influence product roadmap, user experience, and business growth.
What You Will Do

Product Analytics
- Analyze user journeys, funnels, adoption patterns, and engagement metrics across Spyne s platform.
- Work closely with PMs to define success metrics, track experiments, and evaluate feature performance.
- Build dashboards that provide visibility into product health and key KPIs.
- Identify friction points and growth opportunities through deep behavioral analysis.

Data Insights & Business Intelligence
- Run cohort analysis, retention studies, churn diagnostics, and performance tracking.
- Build models and reports that help leadership understand product and business trends.
- Create scalable dashboards for recurring reporting and strategic review cycles.
- Perform ad-hoc deep dives for high-priority problems.

GCA / Google Cloud Analytics
- Use BigQuery, GA4, and GCA tools to manage and optimize Spyne s analytics stack.
- Own data cleanliness, tracking accuracy, and event instrumentation.
- Develop SQL queries, views, and data models to support analysis at scale.
- Partner with engineering for data pipeline improvements when required.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work with Product, Engineering, CS, GTM, and Leadership stakeholders.
- Translate complex analyses into simple, actionable insights.
- Influence roadmap priorities through data-backed recommendations.
What We re Looking For

Must-Have
- 3-5 years of experience in product analytics or data analytics.
- Strong hands-on experience with GCA (Google Cloud Analytics / BigQuery / GA4 / GCP analytics).
- Excellent SQL skills (BigQuery preferred).
- Understanding of product KPIs: funnels, cohorts, retention, activation, churn, experimentation.
- Experience using BI tools (Looker, Tableau, PowerBI, Metabase, etc.).
- Ability to present insights clearly to both technical and non-technical teams.

- Experience in SaaS or B2B product companies.
- Exposure to Python/R for deeper analytical or statistical work.
- Understanding of ETL/ELT processes and data modeling.
- Experience in early-stage, high-growth environments.
