- Drive with Data: Dive deep into user behavior and product metrics, transforming raw data into actionable insights that uncover new product opportunities and areas for improvement.
- Own the Analytics Framework: Establish and own the entire analytics lifecycle. You'll define instrumentation requirements, set success metrics, and build dashboards to measure the impact of every feature we ship.
- Champion the Scientific Method: Formulate and validate product hypotheses through rigorous customer studies, A/B testing, and experimentation, ensuring we build what users truly need.
- Lead Features from Concept to Launch: Take full ownership of features and product areas—from writing the Product Requirement Document (PRD) to working with design and engineering, shipping the solution, and iterating based on performance and user feedback.
- Be the Cross-Functional Glue: Act as a critical link between teams. You will collaborate closely with Product Managers, Designers, Engineers, and QA to inform product decisions, streamline analytics implementation, and prioritize critical bug fixes.
You’ll gain hands-on experience with end-to-end ownership of smaller product improvements, giving you a comprehensive understanding of the product journey. This role is designed to pave your way towards taking on larger, more impactful product management responsibilities in the future.
Here’s what we are looking for:
- A Deep Fluency in Data: You are an expert at wrangling, analyzing, and interpreting complex datasets and are obsessed with tracking the right metrics to measure success. Comfortable with SQL, and Product Analytics Tools like Posthog, MixPanel, or Amplitude and Experience in working with OLAP Data Warehouses like Clickhouse, BigQuery, Redshift.

- Strong understanding of technology and software engineering fundamentals.
- 2+ years of core software product experience as a product analyst.
