Product Analyst

Role Summary & Key Responsibilities:

1. Apply first-principles thinking to analyze product challenges, using both qualitative and quantitative insights to form clear, independent perspectives.
2. Communicate complex findings with data-backed storytelling, ensuring clarity across teams with diverse backgrounds.
3. Manage personal priorities effectively, work independently, and deliver consistently in a fast-paced environment.
4. Document systems, technologies, and end-to-end processes within or outside the product ecosystem.
5. Conduct gap analysis to identify inefficiencies and initiate corrective actions.
6. Leverage consumer behavior insights to identify opportunities for product optimization and business growth.
7. Partner with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to drive alignment and ensure smooth execution.

Skills & Qualifications:

1. Education: MBA or B.Tech preferred.
2. Experience: Minimum 3+ years in Product Analysis, Business Analysis, Product Ops, or related roles.
3. Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
4. Excellent communication and presentation abilities to simplify complex concepts.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and exposure to tools such as JIRA or similar project management software.
6. Hands-on experience in customer insight analysis and converting findings into actionable outcomes.
7. Knowledge of program/project management methodologies.
8. A mindset driven by curiosity, critical thinking, and problem-solving.
