Roles: Quality Assurance Specialist: Ensure high-quality product delivery through comprehensive testing. Automation Expert: Use tools like Selenium, Cypress, Appium, and AI-driven testing frameworks to drive accuracy and efficiency. Stakeholder Communicator: Bridge the gap between technical teams and stakeholders through clear, actionable updates. Process Optimizer: Continuously assess and enhance QA workflows and strategies. Continuous Learner: Stay abreast of AI trends and testing innovations to meet evolving tech demands. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain automated test suites for web, mobile, and backend systems using tools such as Selenium, Cypress, and Appium. Plan, execute, and manage end-to-end testing cycles across portals, checklists, payment systems, and integrated platforms. Leverage AI/ML tools (e.g., test impact analysis, visual testing, predictive defect analysis) to enhance automation and efficiency. Create and maintain detailed test documentation including test cases, RTM, and defect logs. Communicate test plans, progress, and results effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Participate in release planning and support deployments by ensuring stability and resolving critical issues. Identify testing gaps and risks, and propose mitigations to improve software reliability. Expand expertise in non-functional testing areas: performance, security, accessibility, and usability. Continuously improve task management and prioritization to meet project timelines. Understand and apply relevant compliance, regulatory, and security standards in testing practices. Recommend and implement AI-based QA tools to streamline repetitive testing and enhance regression testing scope. Stay current with industry trends and emerging tools in test automation and AI applications in QA. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 6+ years of experience in automation testing. Proficiency with Selenium, Cypress, Appium, or equivalent automation tools. Exposure to or experience with AI/ML tools in the QA domain (e.g., Testim, Applitools, Mabl, or similar). Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and agile methodologies. Excellent documentation and reporting skills. Experience in API testing (e.g., Postman, Rest Assured) is a plus. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Passion for continuous learning and upskilling, especially in AI and intelligent test automation. Preferred Qualifications: Certification in Automation Testing or AI in Testing (ISTQB AI-Testing, etc.). Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins, GitLab, or Azure DevOps.
