Product Analyst

About The Role

• On-site Conversion of Leads: Optimize the website to improve the conversion rate of leads. This involves analyzing user behavior, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing A/B tests.
• Website Updates (including scooter launches): Manage website updates, including new page creation, content updates, and ensuring a smooth user experience for new vehicle launches. This requires strong project management skills and close collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Information Updates & Other P&L: Assist in the maintenance and accuracy of key information related to the business on the website. This includes ensuring information is up-to-date across relevant platforms and building tools to make this process self-served by the business teams
• Reporting & analytics: Define Product Metrics. Define & Maintain events that are required for the measurement of product metrics. Measure, analyze, and present these at regular intervals and work towards automating the reporting process. Derive insights into customers' behavior and how they use our products and features. Work with program managers, developers, designers, and other stakeholders to give them insights on the product and customer behavior.Incorporate your analytics into product artifacts such as PRD for the product or feature enhancements.
  

• Experience with website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) & Product Analytics Tools like Posthog, MixPanel, or Amplitude.
• Experience in working with OLAP Data Warehouses like Clickhouse, BigQuery, Redshift
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights, very comfortable with SQL
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
  

• Min 2 years of relevant experience; Prior experience in a customer experience product role will be great
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. MBA is not mandatory.
