Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Product Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a key driver in shaping the future of our products by conducting market research, analyzing customer feedback, and translating strategic goals into actionable product features. This role serves as a bridge between the business, technology, and design teams to help shape product direction and impact roadmap decisions. This role will play a vital part in ensuring that our products not only meet but also exceed user expectations and market demands.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market and competitor research to identify opportunities and best practices.
• Analyse customer behaviour, preferences, and pain points to enhance product features.
• Write clear, detailed user stories with defined acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, UX, Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to define and deliver product features aligned with business goals.
• Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and review sessions.
• Define success criteria, review test cases, and support QA during UAT.
• Provide product training to internal teams and customers.
• Track product metrics, evaluate performance, and recommend improvements.
• Maintain clear product documentation for internal and external use.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor'ss degree in business administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3 to 6 years of experience in product analysis.
• Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and agile methodologies.
• Experience in gathering and translating customer feedback into product enhancements.
• Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-centric solutions.
• Proficient with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Excel, and product analytics platforms.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise software environments.
• Exposure to wireframing or prototyping tools.
• Familiarity with product analytics tools.
• Passion for continuous learning and growth in the product management field.
