Product Analyst

As a Product Analyst at our company, you will be responsible for analyzing product usage data, market trends, and customer insights to drive data-backed product decisions. Your role will involve working closely with various teams such as product management, engineering, QA, and customer success to enhance product capabilities and deliver value to enterprise IT teams. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze product usage, customer feedback, and support data to identify trends, pain points, and opportunities. - Conduct competitive and market research to stay updated on emerging technologies in networking and IT Ops. - Translate insights into actionable product recommendations, feature ideas, and business cases. - Collaborate with stakeholders to capture business needs and user requirements. - Develop detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), user stories, and acceptance criteria. - Work closely with engineering teams to support feature development and timely releases. - Build and maintain dashboards for tracking KPIs such as product adoption, performance, and availability. - Conduct root cause analysis of product issues and recommend solutions. - Use analytics to measure the impact of product changes and releases. Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field. - 3 to 5 years of experience in product analysis, business analysis, or related roles in IT/SaaS/networking. - Proficiency in SQL, Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization. - Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence). Preferred / Good To Have: - Knowledge of TCP/IP, network monitoring tools, ITSM processes, and incident/change management workflows. - Familiarity with APIs, integrations, and automation tools. - Exposure to cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP). - Prior experience in a product company serving enterprise IT teams. - Background in vulnerability assessment or pre-sales/solution engineering. - Understanding of AI-driven analytics, anomaly detection, or automation tools.
