Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Data Collection and Analysis:

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data to understand customer behavior, market trends, and the competitive landscape.
  • Use quantitative and qualitative data to inform product decisions.

Report and Dashboard Development:

  • Develop reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights to guide product decision-making.
  • Present data in a clear and actionable format for stakeholders.

Market Research:

  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay up-to-date on industry trends.
  • Analyze competitors products, features, and strategies to find areas for improvement.

Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams:

  • Work closely with product management, engineering, design, and other teams to drive product development and launch.
  • Ensure alignment between teams and stakeholders on product goals and KPIs.

Customer Understanding:

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of target customers, their needs, pain points, and how they interact with products.
  • Leverage customer insights to inform product roadmaps.

Product Roadmap and Prioritization:

  • Use data-driven insights to prioritize features, bug fixes, and improvements in the product roadmap.
  • Assist in defining product features and their impact on customers.

Customer Feedback:

  • Conduct customer interviews and surveys to gather feedback on product performance.
  • Use feedback to generate actionable insights that drive product improvements.

Product Performance Monitoring:

  • Continuously monitor and analyze product performance to identify opportunities for optimization.
  • Track and report on product metrics, such as user engagement, conversion rates, and retention.

Communication and Reporting:

  • Communicate findings, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Support the development of product strategies and decision-making processes based on data.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Product Analyst, Data Analyst, or in a similar analytical role.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience using data analytics tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Google Analytics, Tableau).
  • Ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights for product development.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Knowledge of product development processes and the ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Experience conducting market research and customer interviews is a plus.
