Analyze product usage data to identify key insights and opportunities for product optimization. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular updates to stakeholders. Define and monitor product metrics to measure the success of new features and initiatives. Utilize SQL, data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI), and other analytical platforms to extract and present data effectively Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with engineering teams to ensure accurate data tracking and implementation of product changes. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Product Analyst or similar role in a technology-driven environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making. Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools. Experience with web analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics). Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Understanding of product development lifecycle and agile methodologies. Experience with A/B testing platforms and methodologies. Experience in the e-commerce domain is a plus.
