Youll be our: Manager - Sales Analytics & Strategic Projects Function: Sales Operations & Network Development You’ll be based at: IBC Knowledge Park, Bengaluru You’ll be aligned with: Head - Sales Operations & Network Development What you’ll do at Ather: As a Manager - Sales Analytics & Strategic Projects, you will be responsible for Assist the Head of Sales Operations & Network Development with varied strategic projects to drive key cadences with relevant stakeholders, owning and reporting key business KPIs, support zonal business reviews with insights and recommend actionable steps The projects can be horizontal or can be specific to a function as well so you must be willing to learn and adapt quickly to different projects and teams, and execute projects to desired outcomes. Incumbent in this role shall be able to leverage tools such as Salesforce DMS, Qlikview and other systems to drive efficiency, ensure compliance and improve workflows across Sales & Network Development teams. You will be quarter-backing with other Swimlanes to drive strategic projects through zonal teams and support central initiatives as per business requirement. You will be a quick learner, adept at context switching, good with data analysis, cross functional collaboration & communication, and detail oriented. You shall be responsible for evaluating the gaps and improving productivity for the zonal teams. You will be working in Swimlanes and make sure metrics/ targets are achieved by resolution of any blockers / issues. Some highlights of the role: 1. The role involves navigating to various swimlanes, teams and leaders, to gather information or to drive a task or project, so understanding organisation structure, process flows and relevant stakeholders becomes a must have and it helps if you can learn quickly. 2. Good communication skills, both oral and written is a must have. There can be less correlation among the projects and assignments that come along so must be okay with ambiguity and must have the ability to prioritize and organize on a daily basis. 3. You should be comfortable with these aspects and be able to maintain a sense of urgency and clarity with limited oversight from the leader you are supporting. 4. It's a must have to be data driven and be able to quickly convert information into metrics and visualizations as executives' decisions by and large are guided by data. You bring to Ather: Bachelors - Any Worked in Sales Operations / Retail Sales - Automotive, FMCG for 5-8 years (Desirable) Worked in a startup environment -2-3 years (Desirable) MBA (Optional)
