Job Description

Role Overview: As a Manager Sales Effectiveness, your main responsibility will be to partner with the Business Unit to analyze data and improve sales force effectiveness. Your role will involve enhancing processes, supporting the frontline team, and enabling them to make informed decisions. To excel in this position, you should possess strong analytical skills, Power Point presentation skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with others. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. - Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track sales performance and key metrics. - Provide the sales team with necessary formats, templates, and tracking tools. - Conduct Field force sizing, Segmentation & Targeting, and Incentive model & calculation. - Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success. - Continuously work on improving sales processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. - Identify and implement best practices to drive operational excellence. - Collaborate with the sales team to develop and refine processes supporting frontline activities. - Map Efforts with Outcomes (Primary Sales/Secondary Sales/Accounts) to drive effectiveness and efficiency. - Work on improving performance of bottom performers through fieldwork and drive performance reporting and execution analytics. - Drive Sales force productivity of the Business Unit, conduct sales analysis, and generate insights for the business. - Periodically map Key account potential, allocate resources, and engage with Key Opinion Leaders. Qualifications: - MBA with specialization in Marketing/Business analytics from a Premier B School, preferably a Science/Pharmacy graduate. - Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI/PPT). - 6-8 years of experience in Sales force effectiveness. - Demonstrated high performance, Business and Industry understanding, Stakeholder management, competitive focus, etc. - Good communication and negotiation skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.,
