Job Description

As a Manager Sales Effectiveness, your role will involve partnering with the Business Unit to utilize data analytics for enhancing sales force effectiveness and facilitating informed decision-making by the commercial team. Your responsibilities will include: - Analyzing sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. - Developing and maintaining dashboards and reports to monitor sales performance and key metrics. - Providing the sales team with necessary formats, templates, and tracking tools. - Conducting Field force sizing, Segmentation & Targeting, and Incentive model & calculation. - Establishing and managing key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success. - Continuously improving sales processes to boost efficiency and effectiveness. - Implementing best practices to drive operational excellence. - Collaborating with the sales team to enhance processes supporting frontline activities. - Aligning Efforts with Outcomes such as Primary Sales, Secondary Sales, and Accounts to enhance effectiveness. - Working with underperforming individuals to drive performance improvement. - Reporting field performance and execution analytics to Business Unit and Sales Manager. - Enhancing Sales force productivity of the Business Unit through sales analysis and generating insights for the business. - Periodically mapping Key account potential, resource allocation, and Key Opinion Leader engagement. Qualifications required for this role include: - MBA with specialization in Marketing/Business analytics from a Premier B School, preferably a Science/Pharmacy graduate. - Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint. - 6-8 years of experience in Sales force effectiveness. - High performer with a good understanding of Business and Industry dynamics, Stakeholder management, and competitive focus. - Excellent communication and negotiation skills to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.,
