Role Summary
Flutter Entertainment India is hiring
Procurement Operations Senior Analysts
to support the
FanDuel Procurement Operations team
as part of our Source to Procure (S2P) function. These roles will be operationally embedded within Flutter India and
dedicated to supporting FanDuel’s U.S.-based Procurement processes
.Each Analyst will serve as a tactical backbone for administrative execution, supporting global procurement workflows across intake, contracting, requisitioning, and purchase order lifecycle.
Note
: These roles will work
U.S.-aligned hours (Eastern Time)
to ensure support coverage and continuity with FanDuel’s internal teams and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer intake, track approval workflows, and manage centralized ticketing and inbox queries
- Liaise with teams including but not limited to Legal, Licensing, Tax, Security, and Sourcing teams to ensure accurate routing and complete intake submissions
- Support intake-to-contract documentation accuracy and templating processes
- Coordinate resolution of routing issues, system improvements, or template revisions
- Ensure accurate Intake through Contract Execution lifecycle management aligned with S2P policy
Operational Reporting & Support
- Produce recurring and ad hoc reports on DS, contract, requisition, and PO volumes and KPIs
- Build dashboards using Excel and Power BI to visualize trends and process throughput
- Prepare PowerPoint decks to summarize data insights for internal partners
- Maintain process documentation, job aids, and reference templates
- Support internal audits, data validations, and recordkeeping for compliance and reporting
- Other support duties as assigned.
Team Contribution & Process Improvement
- Identify repeat process pain points and propose standardization or automation improvements
- Collaborate with FanDuel and Flutter peers on tools, form updates, or SOP documentation
- Serve as a process and policy point-of-contact for assigned tasks and regions
- Cross-train with the counterpart analyst role to enable backup support and workflow continuity
Required Qualifications
- 5–7 years of experience in Procurement, Finance Operations, Shared Services, or equivalent
- Hands-on experience with Oracle iProcurement or similar ERP platforms
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs), Power BI , and PowerPoint and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience generating reports and analyzing operational or transactional data
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)
- Detail-focused with high task ownership and time management
- Comfortable performing administrative tasks while maintaining high accuracy and SLA compliance
- Proactive learner with a strong customer-service mindset
- Ability to work in U.S.-aligned hours (Eastern Time Zone) to support business continuity
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting supplier onboarding and procurement end to end processes
- Understanding with standard contract workflows and terminology
- Experience with shared services or global procurement operations
- Passion for reporting, process optimization, and automation
