Role Description

Manage end-to-end marketing procurement operations, encompassing vendor relationships, contract management, and financial oversight for advertising, media, and promotional materials. Drive procurement strategies to maximize cost efficiency, enhance brand visibility, and ensure alignment with marketing objectives and company policies.

Elevate marketing procurement efficiency by optimizing processes and strengthening vendor relationships. Facilitate cost-effective sourcing while ensuring adherence to quality, timelines, and compliance standards, contributing directly to the success of marketing campaigns and organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

− Build and nurture strategic partnerships with marketing vendors, such as creative agencies and media partners. − Implement cost reduction initiatives in marketing categories like Advertising, Media Buying (Print, TV, Digital & OOH), Brand promotions, Market Research, Sales Promoters, Merchandisers, Point-of-Sales materials etc. − Managing Loyalty Program Portal for channel partners, managing fulfilment, partner alliance. − Expertise in sourcing Group Travel for MICE (Dealers Incentive Tours, Meetings, Conferences and Events). − Handled end to end sourcing activities for Marketing Communication Campaigns, Print Media Buying, FM Radio Campaign, Outdoor Media, ATL/BTL activities, Channel Scheme Incentive Gifting, Shop Merchandising. − Ensure governance and compliance across all marketing procurement activities and contracts. − Spend analysis and drive savings, supplier consolidation, process compliance with group procurement policy − Develop and lead innovative marketing sourcing strategies to drive effective procurement outcomes. − Conduct thorough market research to identify top-performing vendors, products, and services tailored to marketing objectives. − Negotiate contracts with a focus on securing cost-effective solutions while maintaining quality and delivery standards. − Monitor vendor performance and proactively address gaps to uphold service excellence.

− Implement cost-saving measures and streamline procurement workflows without compromising marketing effectiveness. − Stay abreast of emerging trends, technologies, and regulations in the marketing procurement and advertising landscape.

Key Technical Skills

− Deep understanding of advertising, media procurement, and promotional material sourcing including White Goods procurement, Print, Admin, Tours & Events, Shop Merchandising & Outdoor Advertising, Partner Alliance for Loyalty Program Fulfilment etc. − Proficiency in marketing procurement tools and platforms for vendor management and data analysis. − Strong expertise in negotiation tactics customized for marketing procurement requirements. − Ability to evaluate creative agency capabilities and media planning strategies effectively.

Other Details

Experience: Minimum 5 years in marketing procurement or a related domain.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or a related field.
