Procurement Officer

Responsibilities

As a procurement officer at Rhythm Conpro, you will play a key role in the company's supply chain and purchasing operations. Your responsibilities may include:

• Vendor Management: Identifying, evaluating, and maintaining relationships with suppliers.
• Purchase Orders: Preparing and processing purchase orders and ensuring timely deliveries.
• Inventory Monitoring: Coordinating with site/store teams to track stock levels and reorder as needed.
• Negotiation: Negotiating prices, terms, and delivery schedules with vendors to ensure cost efficiency.
• Documentation: Maintaining accurate records of purchases, pricing, and inventory.
• Quality Checks: Ensuring the quality and quantity of materials received meet the required standards.
• Cost Control: Assisting in budgeting and identifying opportunities to reduce procurement expenses.
