Job Description: We are seeking a proactive and technically sound Sales & Service Engineer – Mechanical to join our growing team. The role involves a combination of product sales, client relationship management, and after-sales service support for mechanical systems and equipment. Key Responsibilities:Sales Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities in assigned regions. Promote mechanical products Pumps & Mechanical Seals Conduct product demonstrations, technical presentations, and meetings with clients. Understand client requirements and propose customized mechanical solutions. Prepare technical/commercial proposals and handle negotiations. Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets. Service Responsibilities: Perform installation, commissioning, and testing of mechanical equipment at client sites. Carry out routine maintenance and troubleshooting for mechanical systems. Provide technical support and training to customers. Maintain accurate service records and prepare visit reports. Coordinate with internal teams for spare parts, warranty claims, and escalation support. Ensure high customer satisfaction through timely and quality service delivery. Requirements: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering. 1–5 years of experience in mechanical equipment sales or service. Good mechanical aptitude with the ability to read engineering drawings and manuals. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Willingness to travel extensively for customer visits and site support. Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting tools. Preferred Experience: Hands-on knowledge of rotating equipment, pneumatics, hydraulics, or automation. Experience working with OEMs or industrial machinery manufacturers. Understanding of preventive and breakdown maintenance protocols.
