Job Description

  • Conduct lead generation and prospecting via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and CRM tools.
  • Manage inbound inquiries and qualify potential leads.
  • Develop a deep understanding of company products/services to present solutions to prospects.
  • Schedule meetings, demos, or appointments for the field sales / business development team.
  • Maintain and update CRM records with accurate customer and sales data.
  • Build and nurture strong customer relationships to increase engagement and conversion.
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets (leads, revenue, conversions).
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns, follow-ups, and lead nurturing strategies.
  • Prepare and share regular sales reports and pipeline updates with management.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,252.67 - ₹37,825.21 per month

Experience:

  • B2B sales: 1 year (Required)
  • Telemarketing: 1 year (Preferred)
