Sales & Service Engineer

Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and technically sound Sales & Service Engineer – Mechanical to join our growing team. The role involves a combination of product sales, client relationship management, and after-sales service support for mechanical systems and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:Sales Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in assigned regions.
• Promote mechanical products Pumps & Mechanical Seals
• Conduct product demonstrations, technical presentations, and meetings with clients.
• Understand client requirements and propose customized mechanical solutions.
• Prepare technical/commercial proposals and handle negotiations.
• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.

Service Responsibilities:

• Perform installation, commissioning, and testing of mechanical equipment at client sites.
• Carry out routine maintenance and troubleshooting for mechanical systems.
• Provide technical support and training to customers.
• Maintain accurate service records and prepare visit reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams for spare parts, warranty claims, and escalation support.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction through timely and quality service delivery.

Requirements:

• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
• 1–5 years of experience in mechanical equipment sales or service.
• Good mechanical aptitude with the ability to read engineering drawings and manuals.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively for customer visits and site support.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting tools.

Preferred Experience:

• Hands-on knowledge of rotating equipment, pneumatics, hydraulics, or automation.
• Experience working with OEMs or industrial machinery manufacturers.
• Understanding of preventive and breakdown maintenance protocols.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,763.00 - ₹38,297.06 per month

Supplemental Pay:

• Performance bonus
• Yearly bonus
