We are looking for a Mergers and Acquisitions Manager to join a fast growing KPO located at BELGAUM - KARNATAKA. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, financial acumen, and a deep understanding of global trends to support decision-making processes along with Team Handling experience. As a Mergers and Acquisitions Manager, you will work closely with senior management and cross-functional teams to assess potential deals, conduct due diligence, and provide recommendations. Your ability to interpret complex financial data, create detailed financial models, and communicate findings effectively will be critical to your success in this role. If you are a detail-oriented professional with a passion for corporate strategy and finance, we encourage you to apply. Responsibilities - Conduct financial analysis and modelling to evaluate potential M&A opportunities. Understanding of valuation methodologies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze relevant data. Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Electrical System Execution - Handle end-to-end electrical work from 415V to 33kV systems. - Supervise HT/LT cable laying, glanding, termination, and testing. - Understand and manage installation of transformers (basic sizing, connections, earthing). - Knowledge of various industrial motors (AC/Slip Ring/Squirrel cage) and their applications. - Work on VFD (Variable Frequency Drives) installation, parameter setting, troubleshooting. Design, Review & Documentation - Review and interpret electrical panel drawings, cable schedules, and wiring diagrams. - Suggest improvements/modifications in panels and site installations. - Proficient in EPLAN and AutoCAD Electrical for drawing review and minor corrections. Control System Programming & Commissioning - PLC programming for crane automation (Siemens/Schneider or equivalent). - Hands-on testing, fault-finding, and final commissioning of cranes and control panels. - Coordinate between design and site teams for smooth handover. Team & Project Handling - Lead a team of 5–10 electricians and coordinate with mechanical/civil departments. - Report regularly to the Project Manager on site progress and resource needs. - Ensure safety, quality, and timely completion of electrical scope. Client Coordination - Handle client-side discussions during execution and commissioning. - Support in documentation, handover, and training. Required Skills - Electrical systems (HT/LT – 415V to 33kV) - Transformer basics & protection - VFD installation and programming (Schneider, Siemens, ABB etc.) - Motor types and application knowledge - PLC Programming (Siemens, Schneider etc.) - EPLAN & AutoCAD Electrical proficiency - Strong team management and field coordination - Excellent problem-solving and customer-handling abilities
